We practice Ashtanga yoga as taught by the late Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. The practice consists of sun salutations, standing, seated, and balancing poses as well as multiple vinyasas. It is a vigorous practice, perfect for keeping in shape, increasing flexibility and improving balance.
